The importance of simulation training in additional professional education is increasing to meet the educational and professional needs of healthcare professionals, and it is necessary to constantly develop educational technologies and improve the skills of teachers and methodologists at simulation centers. The article analyzes the areas of competence caused by the change in medical educational technologies and the adaptation of employees to new forms of work. The key factors of requirements formation are identified and measures are proposed to improve the personnel training system.
