This article examines the understanding and use of the concept of energy in the New Age movement. Based on an analysis of the movements teachings, it discusses how energy has become a central symbol, integrating ideas borrowed from physics, Eastern traditions, and Western esoteric teachings. Energy in New Age philosophy is a polysemantic category, denoting both physical and spiritual forces capable of influencing consciousness, health, and even events on a collective level. Examples of energy perceptions in authors such as Kryon, D. Melchizedek, and V. Megre are explored. It concludes that there is no single definition and emphasizes the adaptive power of this amorphousness. This amorphousness lends the concept of energy its appeal, allowing complex spiritual ideas to be presented in understandable and relatable images, opening space for a multitude of individual interpretations and practical approaches.
