The State Archives of Krasnodar Region contains Fund 586 - Ekaterinodar Security Point. It contains information about the activities of Kuban anarchists, primarily Ekaterinodar. The purpose of the article is to create a generalized portrait of the Ekaterinodar anarchist, defining the main areas of his activity, interactions in the group, age, origin. The research methodology consists of a content analysis of the protocols of observations of anarchists in order to determine their age, habits, actions, as well as historical reconstruction of events. Using the principle of historicism, specifics of the actions of the members of the Ekaterinodar “Anarchy” are established. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made about the features of the organizational structure of the group (hierarchy, strict distribution of tasks, anonymity). In terms of its social composition and region of birth, the “Anarchy” group covered most of the south of the Russian Empire, including both marginal elements and educated individuals.
