The damage to the pavement on the Maospati - Magetan - Cemorosewu Road was quite severe. The damage that occurred was in the form of holes, waves, peeling asphalt layers and large deflection occurred when there were heavy vehicles loaded passing on the road. This condition is very disturbing for road users, especially during the rainy season, because on the road surface there are many puddles that are deep enough to endanger private vehicles and motorcycles often overturn. In this study, an assessment of the level of road damage will be conducted using the PKRMS and Bina Marga methods. After knowing the level of road damage, it will know the recommendations for handling road damage and then the maintenance cost will be calculated, after calculating the maintenance costs that occur, the existing budget calculation is made for the maintenance of road damage repairs. The results of this study The level of road surface damage on the Maospati - Magetan - Cemorosewu section, Km 180 + 040 – Km 219 + 100, based on the Bina Marga and PKRMS Methods shows low damage with average good road conditions. Damage handling according to the Bina Marga Method is recommended in the form of routine maintenance with an estimated cost of Rp. 2,635,786,094. For the optimization of fund allocation, the analysis of handling priorities can be carried out by considering several alternatives as a reference in determining the priority order of road handling.
