Hemoglobin increased rapidly after pausing Alectinib, showing a positive outcome.
The patient maintained stable disease during the switch to Lorlatinib, highlighting treatment efficacy.
This case illustrates the potential benefits of switching therapies in managing hemolytic anemia.
Future assessments may further clarify management strategies for lung cancer with hemolytic anemia.
