Monographs are becoming more and more specialized, and here is one restricted not only to incontinence but to incontinence in the aged. However, as there are more and more old persons, special geriatric literature is bound to accumulate, and no doubt it will be useful. The present monograph is handsomely prepared and covers not only the anatomy and physiology of the bladder but also descriptions of the author's special procedures and apparatus.
