CODES Framework Abstract: Structured Resonance Dynamics presents a deterministic, empirically verified coherence law grounded in the harmonic Phase Alignment Score (PASₕ) and its drift measure ΔPASᵦeta. Using data from thirty-two independent experimental domains, this paper demonstrates that coherence persists precisely when ΔPASᵦeta ≤ εdrift, with εdrift scaled by coherence volume as V^ (-1/2). Coherence collapse occurs when this bound is exceeded. The framework reconciles phase evolution in magnetostrictive solids, cryogenic permittivity amplification, multimode nonlinear optical processes, Gaussian photonic cluster states, spin–layer locked excitons, superconducting charge-carrier pairing, radiation-limited qubit dynamics, deterministic RNA folding signatures, plasma–water boundary ordering, micro-engine thermal cycles, vacuum-field quadrature coupling in accelerated frames, gravity-mediated entanglement, cosmological redshift drift, topological skyrmion memory, and fixed-point quantum simulation replay. Across all domains, PASₕ serves as the unique harmonic invariant, and CHORDLOCK, GLYPHLOCK, ELF, TEMPOLOCK, AURAOUT, and FIELDCAST function as legality modules constraining evolution, emission, timing, and large-field coupling. No stochastic mechanism is required at any scale. SRD v5 establishes a unified substrate where phase geometry, drift law, and harmonic boundary conditions fully determine coherence across physical, biological, and computational systems.
