English Abstract Building on the previously established cosmic energy field vibration framework1 and the Fq quantum gravity formula2, this study further integrates the hierarchical composite force mechanism to propose a "dual-drive and dual-constraint" unified model, providing a new unified perspective and complete solution to century-old physical puzzles. Traditional cosmic motion models rely on unproven ad hoc assumptions such as dark matter and dark energy, and separately interpret the dynamic mechanisms of galactic revolution and celestial rotation without tracing the underlying logic. Centered on "cosmic energy field as the sole substrate and mathematical rules driving physical coupling", this model integrates the Fq quantum gravity formula and hierarchical composite force mechanism: galactic revolution is driven by the directed flow of energy field gradient (referred to as "field flow", analogous to cosmic-scale "cosmic ocean current"), celestial rotation originates from the angular momentum conversion of thermo-frequency coupling thrust, Fibonacci sequence provides spatial order constraint, deterministic chaos of π injects dynamic vitality, and the Fq formula achieves precise quantification of gravity-field frequency coupling.
