Cutting-edge research in contemporary physics suggests that the universe may be a complex system with self-evolutionary capabilities, based on information processing and relational generation. Traditional realist frameworks struggle to explain the intrinsic connection between consciousness and cosmic evolution. This paper proposes "generative realism" as a scientific-philosophical framework, whose core proposition is that "reality is an emergent result of dynamic generative processes". This framework attempts to provide a unified conceptual path for understanding the relationship between consciousness and cosmic evolution from three dimensions: physical foundation, system attributes and philosophical connotation. Combining cutting-edge achievements in cosmic information theory, quantum mechanics and complex system theory, this paper tries to reveal the internal logic of how the universe spontaneously generates complex systems and consciousness without preset purposes. This framework is expected to provide a unified explanation for the "measurement problem" in quantum mechanics and the "consciousness problem" in cosmology, offer a theoretical perspective for future observational research on dynamic dark energy, quantum gravity and so on, and deepen the philosophical discussion on the nature of reality and the origin of cognition.
