Sexual violence against boys and young men remains one of the most underreported andmisunderstood human rights violations globally, especially in South Asia and India. This paperexplores the prevalence, causes of silence, perpetrators, legal frameworks, and the psychosocial andeconomic implications of these crimes. It argues that sexual violence knows no gender and that everysurvivor deserves justice, dignity, and healing. The study further emphasizes the urgent need forgender-neutral laws, institutional reforms, and societal awareness to address this silenced agony andensure an equitable human rights framework for all.
