A Köppen-style landscape climatology is defined via stable diagnostic observables, yielding regime labels that are diffeomorphic summaries of local barrier geometry. An adaptive annealing calendar selects admissible tightening operators in feedback with observed regimes, enabling self-correcting schedules. This version operationalizes the structural results of Version 6.3 by providing a principled framework for navigation, erosion monitoring, puncture statistics, and replenishment from energy wells.
