Research methodology The case was developed by collecting primary information from the Head & Program Coordinator of the B-School Catalyst Center. The names of the B-School and the protagonist have been masked. The authors have also used newspaper articles and articles by experts published in the public domain. Case overview/synopsis This case explores the challenges faced by St. Peter’s Business School’s entrepreneurial hub. Despite ample resources and programs, the Catalyst Center struggles with low student participation, gender imbalance, alumni disengagement and funding gaps. Societal pressures, including parental preference for stable careers, further hinder student interest in entrepreneurship. The case invites students to analyze these barriers and propose actionable strategies to help the Catalyst Center succeed.
