AbstractWe propose a fundamental paradigm shift in cosmology, transitioning from particle-based reductionism to a unified environmental-dynamic framework: Chien’s Hydrodynamic Cosmology (CHC). We define the (3+1)-dimensional spacetime as a dynamic membrane embedded in a 5D Superfluid Bulk governed by a Bulk Background Potential Field (BBPF).Core mechanisms in Version 7.0 include: (1) EINC (Environmentally-Induced Nonlinear Collapse): In the early high-pressure regime (z > 100), massive stars undergo"Titan-like" total-mass implosion. This explains the "Black Hole First" origin of mature galaxies (Virgil, Alacananda). (2) Metric Wakes and Trans-membrane Locking: Roguesingularities (e.g., RBH-1) are identified as being dragged by adjacent parallel universes, leaving a persistent gravitational furrow ("Metric Wake") in the viscous membrane. (3)Environmental Forcing: The vast gas sea of SPT2349-56 is not a result of slow accretion but of rapid assembly forced by high Bulk pressure. (4) The Chien Drag: Identifying Dark Matter as large-scale Spacetime Vorticity. (5) The Chien Eversion: A topological phase transition (S.Y.N.C.) that replaces the Big Crunch singularity with a smooth geometricinversion via a Klein Bottle topology. We validate these mechanisms against 2026 data, including NASA’s Cloud 9, GW231123,and persistent null results in sterile neutrino searches. Statistical analysis using the BIC demonstrates that CHC possesses superior long-term sustainability over ΛCDM.Keywords: Chien Eversion, Metric Wake, RBH-1, EINC, BBPF, Chien Drag, GW231123,SPT2349-56.
