AbstractMany educational institutions still follow manual, paper-basedprocedures for student requests such as bonafide certificates,leave applications, outpasses, and marksheet copies. Thesetraditional processes are slow, time-consuming, and lackproper tracking, often causing delays and administrative burden. This paper proposes Student–Admin Connect, an AI-powered chatbot system integrated with an admin dashboard to digitalize and automate student requests. The system usesRasa-based conversational AI, React frontend, Flask backend,and MongoDB storage to deliver fast, transparent, andcentralized request management. The proposed solutionenhances institutional efficiency, reduces paperwork, andimproves accessibility for students and administrators.
