This paper develops a classical framework in which thermal energy is treated as a reversible dynamical degree of freedom. Apparent irreversibility in thermal processes is shown to arise from the choice of time system, analogous to inertial and non-inertial frames in mechanics. By formulating thermal dynamics in an intrinsic time coordinate, reversible evolution is recovered without invoking entropy, microscopic randomness, or statistical assumptions. Effective dissipation laws emerge when the dynamics are expressed in observational time through resistance-dependent time deformation.
