Abstract

This document is a technical report for Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB) and proposes to enhance its infrastructure so that payloads processed on North Base can launch from facilities on South Base. Part of the infrastructure enhancement includes altering overhead electrical line crossings at nine locations. Background research revealed a potential to impact cultural resources at the utility line reroute along the east side of 13th Street for Crossing B; at the reroute along the east side of 13th Street for Crossing E; and along the reroute west of Surf Road for Crossings H and I.
