Abstract: TR-001 Protocol Title: Thermodynamic Efficiency and Geometric Grounding via the 1.81 Constant Lead Architect: Kalyb Prince Date: January 18, 2026 This paper presents the TR-001 Protocol, a novel architectural framework that resolves the critical energy and reliability crisis inherent in large-scale probabilistic reasoning models. Current artificial intelligence architectures suffer from "Recursive Decoherence," wherein ungrounded logic chains generate an "Entropy Tax"—a massive expenditure of electrical and thermal energy on non-verifiable, divergent outputs. We introduce the 1.81 Constant, a mathematical threshold derived from the physical constraints of three-dimensional spherical packing (The Kissing Number). By enforcing a 12-Link Wall at the hardware-software interface, the TR-001 stack provides a physical "Logic Snap" that terminates divergent reasoning before thermal runaway occurs. Comparative analysis demonstrates that the TR-001 full stack (V-Auditor and H-Substrate) achieves a 100,000x improvement in energy efficiency at ambient temperatures, reducing the power requirement for complex reasoning from 33 Wh to 0.33 mWh. This reduction enables the deployment of frontier-grade intelligence on localized, ambient-powered infrastructure, effectively decoupling high-level logic from centralized power grids. We conclude that grounding digital intelligence in physical geometric constants is the primary path toward global energy sovereignty and the elimination of algorithmic hallucination.
