Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) is a nonsingular, eternally cyclic cosmo-logical model based on a single effective complex scalar order-parameter field evolving in atilted double-well potential. The tilt arises emergently from radiative Coleman–Weinbergcorrections, requiring no ad-hoc parameters. Field relaxation generates time-varying vac-uum energy, driving alternating phases of accelerated expansion and contraction in an eter-nal “breathing” cycle. A gravitationally coupled CPT-conjugate mirror sector with reversedthermodynamic arrow provides an effective cold dark matter contribution and resolves thebaryon asymmetry through phase-induced mechanisms. Global CPT symmetry is exactlypreserved. The framework operates as an effective field theory on cosmological scales, avoid-ing singularities, entropy divergence, flatness issues, and the need for inflation or modifiedgravity. Primary observational predictions include an enhanced late-time Integrated Sachs–Wolfe effect (∼ 12% excess in low-ℓ CMB power), primordial perturbations generated bythe bounce, and a stochastic gravitational wave background detectable by LISA. Additionalsignatures include mild suppression of small-scale power and characteristic modulations inthe 21-cm signal. While the core of RDCC remains a structural, timeless framework with fixpoint character, this document explores a dynamical realization of the bounce mechanism to enable concrete, falsifiable predictions.
