The systematization of legislation is considered from the point of view of an applied aspect based on the use of historical and theoretical achievements in the context of differentiation of a certain area of public relations - fire safety. The result of the work is the justification of the need to model activities for the systematization of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety based on scientific achievements and modern approaches to the systematization of legislation.
