This work presents the Sohail Unified Substrate Theory (SUST), a theoretical framework proposing that all physical phenomena emerge from an eleven-dimensional elastic quantum substrate. The theory provides a unified description of quantum mechanics, gravity, and cosmology without invoking dark matter or modifying early-universe physics. SUST explains:• Origin of mass and inertia • Quantum uncertainty and wave–particle duality • Galaxy rotation curves • Structure formation • Hubble tension • Emergent spacetime and gravity The theory introduces a single substrate parameter governing large-scale deviations and offers testable predictions. This work establishes a foundation for further theoretical and observational study.
