This document is a Section 106 letter from the California State Historic Preservation Office for the Orbital Launch Site Construction, Space Launch Complex 5 (Phantom) project. The letter briefly reiterates the project description from the transmittal letter initially opening consultation for the project. The letter provides 1) SHPO concurrence for the delineation of the area of potential affect (APE) for the project, 2) concurrence for the determination that archaeological site CA-SBA-2934 is not eligible for the National Register, and lastly, 3) concurrence for the project finding of no adverse effect to historic properties.
