This paper proposes the Light Universe Theory, a novel perspective in which the universe is fundamentally composed of light. By treating light as the sole mediating principle, the theory unifies phenomena from quantum scales to cosmic scales without disrupting the reliability of established physics. Observations and experiments, such as redshift, luminosity distances, and interference phenomena, can be interpreted consistently within this framework. The study highlights why this perspective has not been proposed before, emphasizing the independence of existing theories and the boldness required to unify them under a single principle. By presenting the universe as light itself, this work offers a fresh cosmological framework, enhancing the fidelity and coherence of our understanding of the cosmos.
