This preprint presents an operational framework for the conceptual and experimental unification of General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and Thermodynamics, based on the hypothesis of a neutral informational field as a fundamental background. The work introduces a pre-temporal neutral time (τ), devoid of intrinsic direction, and shows how observed time (t) and the thermodynamic arrow emerge exclusively through interaction, formalized via a monotonic clock map activated by informational dynamics. Within this scheme, temporal directionality and entropy increase are not postulated as fundamental, but arise as operational consequences of physical interaction. The formulation is covariant and leads to a universal, falsifiable scaling law, expressed in terms of critical exponents rather than amplitudes, linking decoherence, information flow, and the emergence of the arrow of time. The paper provides laboratory-ready experimental protocols, applicable to superconducting platforms, NV centers, and related systems, with explicit criteria for validation or refutation. The framework is compatible with string-theoretic backgrounds, understood as contextual environments rather than foundational assumptions: geometric and effective degrees of freedom emerge only after interaction, without assuming a fundamental time or pre-defined geometry. The approach remains deliberately agnostic with respect to ultraviolet completion, focusing instead on operationally testable predictions. This work does not propose a final theory, but an operational research pathway, designed to be explored, tested, and potentially falsified through controlled experiments, offering a concrete bridge between fundamental theory and observation.
