Currently, there is a problem of a decrease in the indicators of research activities of budgetary educational organizations of higher education, due to a combination of various factors: a decrease in economic activity under conditions of sanctions pressure, a decrease in the influx of new personnel, including young people, into the field of scientific research, etc. To solve this problem, various methods can be applied, among which one of the most promising can be the application of special methods of motivating personnel of budgetary educational institutions of higher education to various types of research activities.
