In the context of the active development of digital technologies and the need to increase the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex, the problem of assessing the effectiveness of digitalization processes at the regional level is becoming relevant. Digitalization of agriculture acts as a catalyst for the integrated development of rural areas, contributing to the creation of high-tech jobs, increasing the investment attractiveness of regions and improving the quality of life of rural populations. An assessment of the effectiveness of the digital platform in the agro-industrial complex is necessary for making decisions on the implementation and scaling of digital solutions in Russian regions. The article presents a comprehensive approach to assessing the effectiveness of digitalization of the regional agro-industrial complex, based on a multi-criteria analysis of technological, economic and social indicators. An integrated assessment methodology has been developed, including a system of indicators of digital maturity, economic efficiency and social impact. The analysis of the current state of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex in various regions of the Russian Federation is carried out. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in the regional agro-industrial complex have been identified. Recommendations are proposed for improving the monitoring and management system for the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex at the regional level.
