This work records a unified architectural formulation of redistribution as modeled within the ψ₀-OCM (Osborne Cosmological Model) framework, describing how energy, matter, dark-sector behavior, and large-scale structure are represented as outcomes of constraint-governed redistribution of a primordial substrate ψ₀. Energy is treated not as a conserved substance, but as a regime-dependent descriptor of ψ₀ redistribution. Within this formulation, persistent structures are restricted to regimes in which redistribution becomes locally constrained within admissible detachment states (PDS-1), thereby defining Redistribution-Locked Zones (RZL). Outside these regimes, redistribution remains routing-dominant and is not required to satisfy local conservation identities. The analysis accordingly distinguishes between stabilization-admitting domains and routing-dominated domains on the basis of explicit detachment and boundary constraints. The paper formalizes a boundary-first routing architecture in which redistribution proceeds through constraint-generated channels, active boundary interfaces, and holographic node lattices. Within this architecture, a distinction is made between macro-scale routing nodes that regulate large-scale redistribution and micro-scale outcomes associated with stabilized particle-sector configurations.
