This paper extends the MID/QC framework to local physics, introducing the Coherence Well — the spherical coherence gradient structure surrounding mass and information. It provides a substrate‑level explanation for gravity, time dilation, inertia, and quantum stability, revealing these as emergent expressions of coherence geometry. The model reproduces GR and QM predictions while offering a unified mechanism. Several falsifiable predictions are presented, positioning coherence geometry as a foundational primitive capable of bridging cosmology, gravitation, and quantum behavior.
