ABSTRACT This study explores the key design elements that contribute to creating an ideal museum, emphasizing spatial organization, inclusivity, technological integration, sustainability, and cultural identity. Using a qualitative case study approach, semi‐structured interviews were conducted with 21 respondents, including museum professionals, curators, and designers, to gather in‐depth insights into their perspectives on effective museum design. The data were analyzed thematically using NVivo software, revealing key themes that highlight the importance of logical spatial layouts, diverse and inclusive exhibits, interactive technological features, eco‐friendly design practices, and the role of museums in reflecting cultural identity. The findings suggest that these elements are essential in creating engaging, educational, and sustainable museum experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. While the study provides valuable insights, it acknowledges limitations in sample size and generalizability, suggesting that future research could expand the scope and incorporate mixed methods to further explore the impact of these design principles across different museum contexts.
