This paper formalises the relationship between Tier‑8 boundary knowledge, the operational logic of the Paton System, and the constrained region between the smallest resolvable structures and the largest inferred limits. It defines admissibility, continuity, and stopping conditions without introducing speculative ontology. The framework does not replace physical laws or mathematical models; instead, it constrains the domain in which existing equations remain meaningful.
