We formulate a minimal, dimensionless screening function for the effective coupling ofthe Space–Matter–Motion (RMB) framework across scales. The construction is conservative, parameter-minimal, and falsifiable: it remains near-unity on cosmological regimeswhile strongly suppressing laboratory-scale effects in dense, non-relativistic environments.We apply the screening model to a representative plasma–vortex configuration and showthat any RMB-induced force is expected to be far below present laboratory sensitivity,rendering such setups null tests of RMB screening rather than candidates for propulsion.
