Reader’s Note. For readers primarily interested in a high-level conceptual orientation, a concise and reader-friendly introduction to the Wittenberg Framework is available in the companion paper: The Wittenberg Framework: A Reader-Oriented Conceptual Overview (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18175977). Part 0 provides the formal architectural foundation of the series, while the overview offers an accessible entry point. This Part provides a reflective synthesis of the Wittenberg Framework after the completion of its core conceptual development (Parts I–VIII). Rather than extending the architecture with new axes, methods, or representational forms, it revisits the internal roadmap of the series from a retrospective and boundary-defining perspective. Part IX clarifies what has been conceptually achieved across the series, identifies open gaps that are intentionally preserved, and delineates the structural boundaries within which the Framework claims validity as a qualitative, non-metric, axis-based architecture. Its purpose is not to reopen conceptual development, but to stabilize the Framework’s conceptual identity and to render explicit the conditions of responsible interpretation, reuse, and extension. By articulating methodological limits, scope conditions, and non-goals, this Part supports careful scholarly reuse and prevents overextension of the Framework beyond its intended analytical domain. It thus marks the closure of the reflective phase of the series while leaving future theoretical, formal, or empirical extensions clearly delimited.
