Abstract: This paper introduces a conservative, falsifiable framework for biological information stability in open systems. We formalize a dimensional delimitation perspective that links energetic constraints, environmental coupling, and persistence conditions for non-trivial informational structure under noise. The focus is operational: definitions are tied to measurable observables, explicit non-claims are stated, and failure modes are made testable. The contribution is a set of auditable constraints and diagnostic criteria that delimit when information persistence is plausible and when it should break down. This preprint provides explicit non-claims, reproducible diagnostics, and falsification criteria for metastable biological information stability in open systems. It connects energetic constraints, stochastic dynamics, and open-quantum-systems formalisms to auditable coordination and persistence tests.
