Modern physics stands at a paradox: despite unprecedented predictive power, its foundational narrative has fractured into ontological incoherence, characterized by unobservable multiverses and mathematical singularities. This paper diagnoses these anomalies as symptoms of the "Platonic Rift"—a separation between static mathematical abstractions and the dynamic, procedural nature of physical reality. To resolve this, we present the KnoWellian Universe Theory (KUT), a reformulation of cosmology that replaces the passive "Block Universe" container with a triadic metabolic engine. In this framework, reality emerges not from dimensionless points, but from Event-Points—volumetric quanta of "becoming" that operate on Ternary Time: the Chaos Field (Future potential), the Control Field (Past history), and the Instant Field (Present actualization). This paper integrates the biological metric of Search Efficiency (K) as a fundamental field property, proposing that the universe acts as a self-optimizing computational engine. We provide rigorous empirical validation for this model through the discovery of the Cosmic Octave—a structural recurrence of organizational units (from protons to galaxy clusters) appearing at logarithmic intervals of approximately 10^24 meters. A permutation test on 15 canonical structures across 42 orders of magnitude confirms this quantization with 3. 9 sigmastatistical significance. By deriving this macroscopic harmonic directly from the microscopic geometry of the Planck-scale Cairo Q-Lattice and the Fine Structure Constant (α), we demonstrate that the universe is a discrete resonant cavity. This synthesis offers a falsifiable "Grand Unification" that resolves the dark sector (Dark Matter/Energy) as temporal field effects and positions consciousness not as an emergent accident, but as a catalytic necessity for the cosmic metabolism.
