This paper introduces constraint-based admissibility as a unifying structural framework for computation, physics, and quantum memory phenomena. It formalizes Structural Inevitability Computing and reports the discovery of a constraint-based phase transition governing inevitability and capacity. The work is related to, but independent from, the broader Living Field Theory project.
