In the E³ framework, learning arises whenever Energy (E), Environment (Env), and Entropy (S) interact to update constraints in ways that improve system stability. This paper formalizes learning as the fractal algorithm variation → feedback → retention, showing that molecules, cells, organisms, cultures, and engineered systems all follow the same stability geometry. We introduce two complementary stability curves: Stability(E), governing the formation and maintenance of physical structures, and Stability(t), governing the consolidation and persistence of information. These curves explain why systems must learn as environments drift and constraints erode: nested dynamic equilibria require continual adjustment to preserve coherence. Evolution, teaching, culture, and engineering are thus different scales of one thermodynamic learning process—the engine of adaptive order from molecules to minds.
