This paper presents the falsifiable predictions of the Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT), focusing exclusively on observational and experimental signatures that distinguish the framework from standard ΛCDM cosmology and classical general relativity. The predictions span multiple physical domains, including early-universe galaxy formation observable by the James Webb Space Telescope, deviations in black hole ringdown spectra detectable by gravitational-wave observatories, secular frequency drifts measurable by ultra-precise atomic clocks, and redshift-dependent expansion behavior testable with cosmological distance probes. Explicit null tests are provided, enabling clear empirical validation or falsification. This work is intended as a test-oriented companion to the foundational MUT framework.
