With society’s rapid development and changes, maintaining judicial fairness has become a core issue in the judicial system and practice. Realizing judicial justice is related to the correct implementation of the law and the cornerstone of maintaining social order and harmony and promoting sustainable development. The paper aims to explore how to effectively achieve judicial fairness through institutional innovation and practical exploration. We have analyzed the current problems in judicial practice, such as biased rulings, opaque trials, and difficulty in reaching marginalized groups through legal services, and proposed various solutions. Institutional innovation includes promoting legal education, optimizing judicial procedures, and strengthening judicial supervision and evaluation. At the practical level, emphasis is placed on improving the professional level of judges, adopting technology-assisted tools, and opening up multiple channels for public participation. In addition, we also discussed the importance of international cooperation in sharing experiences and improving efficiency. A more fair, efficient, and transparent judicial environment can be gradually constructed through comprehensive reform measures and continuous practical improvement in justice.
