This paper identifies the Statistical Independence Postulate (P (| a, b) = P () ) as the foundational axiomatic error preventing the unification of General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. By re-evaluating the Feynman Path Integral within a non-factorizable, superdeterministic Hilbert space, I demonstrate that the universe remains fully unitary (S=0). I propose the Recoherence Trace protocol (F > 0. 55) as a near-term quantum test. Furthermore, I argue that 'Dark Sector' anomalies and the Hubble Tension emerge from a global causal nexus. I propose a specific, falsifiable test utilizing Type Ia supernova light-curves in cosmic voids to verify differential chronology (Timescapes), fulfilling the Einsteinian program for a Unified Field Theory.
