This article discusses the decade (2003–2013) in which Joseph Jockel and David Haglund co–edited the International Journal . As suggested by the title, it was a time of transition for the Journal , reflected not only in changing organizational mandates but also in major transformations in how scholar journals were henceforth to be produced.
