The EU Mission “A Soil Deal for Europe” aims to establish a network of 100 Soil Health Living Labs (LLs) and Lighthouses (LHs) to accelerate the transition to healthy soils. This document describes the development of the methodological framework for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of Soil Health Living Labs and Soil Health Lighthouses, including mapping of KPIs, the monitoring process, tools and guidelines.
