Recent high-precision spectroscopy has revealed nonlinearities in King plots of isotope shifts, while hyperfine Zeeman structure is routinely characterized with extreme accuracy in atomic clock experiments. Despite probing related internal atomic couplings, these phenomena are usually treated independently. This work formulates a concrete and falsifiable prediction that hyperfine Zeeman curvature under magnetic fields and field-dependent King-plot nonlinearity are necessarily correlated. The proposed correlation does not introduce new interactions or free parameters and is fully compatible with the established quantum electrodynamics framework. If confirmed, this relation would provide a unifying interpretive link between two well-established precision observables. If not observed, the hypothesis is decisively ruled out.
