This work derives the principle of least action as a dynamical consequence of phase coherence and nonlinear elasticity of the Φ-medium within Medium Theory SMT. Instead of being a fundamental postulate, extremal action trajectories emerge from relaxation processes driving medium configurations toward coherent stationary states. The analysis demonstrates how classical equations of motion, stability of particle-like configurations, and energy minimization naturally follow from medium dynamics. The results establish the variational structure of physics in SMT as an emergent property of the physical spacetime medium.
