The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the principles of equality and justice enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It examines the philosophical and legal foundations of these categories, their normative structure, and typology (distributive, retributive, and corrective justice). The study identifies normative, institutional, and socio-cultural barriers to their implementation.
