This article presents a scoping review of virtual reality based therapeutic and diagnostic applications for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The review synthesises existing evidence across immersive classroom simulations, cognitive training environments, and assessment tools, highlighting reported outcomes, methodological trends, and research gaps. The work is intended to support researchers, educators, and clinicians interested in the design and evaluation of immersive digital interventions for ADHD.
