I am sharing the preprint version of a paper based on the Non-Temporal Relational Structural Theory (NRST). This paper presents a foundational descriptive framework for understanding how a world maintains coherence as a relational structure, without taking subjects or time as explanatory foundations. It is not intended as an applied, normative, or predictive work. This preprint serves as a primary presentation of the theory, including supplementary material that outlines its broader structural scope. A separate, methodologically restrained version of this work is currently under review for a philosophy journal. This preprint stands as an independent presentation of the underlying framework.
