This work presents a structural reinterpretation of the cosmological constant within the Space Register Metric–Planck Pixel Asymmetry (SRM–PPA) framework. Building on the Entropically Bounded Worldlines (EBW) principle, it is shown that a positive cosmological constant emerges as a global boundary effect associated with persistent horizon-scale capacity saturation. No assumptions are made regarding vacuum energy, quantum fields, or microscopic dynamics. Instead, Λ arises as a bookkeeping consequence of finite information capacity and causal transport in a discrete substrate. The result reframes cosmic acceleration as a macroscopic consistency condition rather than a local energy density.
