Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT) v4.2: Photon Sea Phenomenology Proofs presents a dedicated proof-based analysis of key observable phenomena emerging from the Photon Sea framework introduced in MUT v4.0. This paper provides explicit derivations connecting scalar-frequency dynamics of the Photon Sea to astrophysical and cosmological observations, including gravitational light bending, flat galactic rotation curves, quasar time dilation, and the cosmic microwave background (CMB) cold spot.Rather than extending the underlying theory, v4.2 functions as a phenomenological validation layer, demonstrating how established observational effects arise naturally from spatial frequency gradients and density variations within the Photon Sea. Each phenomenon is derived quantitatively and linked directly to observational signatures, while maintaining full consistency with the integrated MUT v4.0 framework and its MATE Master Equation.This work is intended as a reference-proof companion to MUT v4.0, strengthening the empirical plausibility of Photon Sea dynamics without introducing new assumptions or parameters.
