Abstract

This record publishes EFT-Z01 of Energy Filament Theory (EFT). Z01 establishes the public-edition ontology baseline: vacuum is not literal emptiness; the universe is permeated by a continuous substrate called the Energy Sea. It introduces the Sea-State Quartet—Density, Tension, Texture, and Cadence—as a minimal, reusable variable set, and provides the convention that a “field” is a sea-state map (a weather/navigation map) rather than an extra entity. Z01 defines the shared language used by downstream modules (Z02–Z13, Appendix A4). It also clarifies a defensive reading posture (Density is an inventory/noise-floor knob rather than GR energy density), states a Z01-level qualitative working law (High Tension = Slower Cadence + Faster Relay), and distinguishes Static Field (map) from Dynamic Wave/Relay (process).
