This paper introduces a novel framework for cosmic chronology based on the MyominAung Theory of Everything (MATE). Unlike conventional linear time interpretations, the age of the universe is treated as an angular phase cycle of the Photon Sea scalar field. By applying a 2π radian phase correction, the observable cosmic age is refined to 14.2–14.8 billion years, resolving discrepancies in Hubble measurements. The dual-scale temporal structure is explored, linking the observable age with the 1056-year Photon-Sea ground-state background, thereby integrating emergent-time concepts with cosmological observations. This work bridges quantum-field-level time dynamics with large-scale cosmology, providing a deterministic, phase-corrected model of universal chronology.
