This record publishes EFT-Z02 (Energy Filament Theory), a particle-layer baseline stating that particles are not points but closed-and-locked Energy Filament structures in an Energy Sea. It defines qualitative Locking conditions and a stability-window picture (including a short-lived sector called Generalized Unstable Particles, GUP). It also makes the energy-conservation “Backfilling” convention explicit: failed or unlocked structures backfill into non-coherent Sea-State disturbances, contributing to background noise and motivating the Dark Pedestal (Z07). Crucially, it provides a structure–sea-state–property mapping framework: particle properties (mass/inertia, charge, spin, magnetic moment) are treated as readable structural imprints arising from how locked structures rewrite and read local sea-state maps (Density/Tension/Texture/Cadence). This module serves as an interface to downstream EFT modules on relay propagation (Z03), gradient settlement dynamics (Z04), and four-force unification (Z05).
